Its a great way to rekindle your love of the sport or try it out for the first time. Everyone is welcome and is ran on a no commitment basis, just turn up and play when its convenient for you.

Information
No Strings Badminton nights are all about creating an enjoyable space for anyone to play badminton. Our nights are run by facilitators who organise all of the games and will give you tips on how to improve if you ask them.
No Strings is open to over 16 year olds only, however any ability play is encouraged to come. IWe don't do a booking system you can turn up whenever is convenient to you.
July to April
Monday nights are 8-10pm plastic shuttles are used. £6 cash
Wednesday nights are 8-10pm feather shuttles are used. £6.50 cash
May to June
Monday nights are 7-9pm plastic shuttles are used. £6 cash
Wednesday nights are 8-9:30pm feather shuttles are used. £6.50 cash
Coaching Available
We are providing adult group coaching sessions for up to 16 people each week. The sessions will be pre-book only and will have limited capacity. It is £5 for 1 hour payable at the end of the coaching session in cash.
A Badminton England Accredited Level 2 coach will be running the sessions and are aimed at anyone looking to improve their technique, tactics and skills. Group sessions are structured lessons where everyone follows the same drills. Its a great way of how to improve and learn with others.
